The largest event in the FM calendar will commence in less than 2 months. From 19 June, FM professionals from across the globe will descend on ExCeL London, looking to identify new suppliers and source the latest innovative solutions to address project requirements. They’ll also have the opportunity to network in a variety of areas with like-minded peers as they discuss the industry’s hottest topics at the cutting edge of FM, not to mention keeping abreast of all legislation updates and regulation changes.

May’s spotlight is dedicated to Adrian Heili, Founder and Director of UAV Dynamix. Through his experience of the 7/7 attacks and his passion for finding new ways to deal with emergency scenarios, the idea for UAV Dynamix was born. He sees an increasing demand for drones within the FM industry especially in areas such as surveying and inspection. Adrian believes that the use of drones will reduce our environmental impact and the need for wasted resources, whilst increasing employee and public safety.
