Facilities Show Spotlight
This month’s spotlight is dedicated to Simon Francis, Head of Estates Services at London South Bank University. Simon has nearly 20 years of experience in Facilities Management and has just completed a research study for an MSc in Real Estate on BIM. He believes there is a huge potential for BIM to transform the way workplaces are managed but that the FM industry isn’t quite ready. Simon predicts one of the biggest impacts on the industry in the next few years will due to Brexit.
With over 280 exhibitors showcasing their products from more than 40 countries, spanning all areas of hard and soft FM, you’re sure to find the right solution for your specific needs at Facilities Show 2019.

Facilities Show powered by renewable energy
We are pleased to announce that as a part of our continued commitment to the sustainability of our event, this year we made the switch to 100% renewable electricity for Facilities Show. This resulted in our electricity use being carbon neutral preventing the creation of 91 tons of CO2 across the P&M series, and therefore significantly reducing our events carbon impact.
