Christopher Goscomb is an Organisational Change professional whose practice centres on participative and creative work that deeply involves people, using their voice, to influence their own futures. Distinctively he deploys curation and exhibition techniques to allow others into hearing those voices and creating sustainable change.
His career features operational roles at London Underground and Eurotunnel and change and culture transformation roles at easyJet, Shell and now at Siemens.
Christopher’s career has been strongly influenced by personal experience of safety events that make him passionate about creating a culture where people are ready to take ownership for their own safety and well-being allied with strong support to enable their behaviours from the organisation. Christopher is currently completing an Action Research based Doctorate in Organisational Change.
